Job Title: Senior Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our Industrial Team in Wilmington, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for our next-generation IC products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits, including PLLs, high-speed DACs and ADCs, SERDES interfaces, and high-speed clock routing.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial integrated circuit design team to determine implementation of requirements at the system level.
  • Simulate at the transistor circuit level using internal Spice tools.
  • Work closely with evaluation engineers to compare and contrast simulation results.
  • Prepare and present design review documentation packages.
Requirements:
  • BSEE, MSEE preferred, with 10+ years of analog design experience and design integration.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in mixed signal circuit design and deep submicron processes.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Spice simulators and CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso).
  • Ability to problem solve at the transistor and system levels.
  • Knowledge of lab equipment including digital oscilloscopes, source generators, and BER testers.
  • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
