About the Role

This position is responsible for performing advanced imaging procedures under the direction of a radiologist or physician. The ideal candidate will have experience in interventional technology and possess strong skills in operating diagnostic imaging equipment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform peripheral and neurological diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Assist radiologists and/or physicians with invasive procedures using aseptic/sterile technique.
  • Prepare and administer contrast materials associated with imaging procedures as prescribed by a physician or in approved Radiology protocol.
  • Ensure proper radiation safety measures are being utilized and know emergency procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • 1 year experience in interventional technology or related experience, neuro interventional experience preferred.
  • ARRT registered, SCRQSA certification, BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic radiant experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Data entry and mathematical skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
