About the Role

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and manage projects in commercial real estate. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, overseeing execution, tracking costs, and managing vendor relationships.

This position is 100% in-office, requiring standard business hours attendance. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of making an immediate impact, effectively managing vendors, and navigating complex project requirements with ease.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Project Plans: Create detailed plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee Project Execution: Ensure adherence to established schedules and financial constraints.
  • Track Project Costs: Monitor expenses against program budget and report any variances.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Verify that all vendor deliverables meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of project management experience in commercial real estate (5 years preferred).
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Effective Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and work independently as a self-starter.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
What We Offer
