Cisco Network Security Specialist

Start to End Networks LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of best practice solutions for network access control using 802.1x and Cisco ISE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal teams and Federal Agency on security of data networks.
- Work with internal teams and Federal Agency to design and implement data solutions implementing Network Access Control using Cisco Products such as Cisco ISE.
- Experience with configuring 802.1x configuration on network devices.
- Experience managing ISE with software upgrades, High Availability, device authentication.
- Respond to escalated incidents and service requests from Delivery/Operations Teams.
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE.
- Coordinate planned maintenance activities, coordinate/facilitate planned/unplanned service outages, and ongoing project-related support activities.
Required Skills / Experience:
- DoD Active Secret or higher clearance.
- DoD Security Plus.
- Cisco certifications preferred: CCNA.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project teams and managers as a service provider.
- Strong experience with Cisco ISE in configuring endpoint authentication, endpoint posture policies, Endpoint remediation, etc.
- Experience with implementing DoD Comply to Connect a plus.
- Strong team player and team mentor.
- Onsite four days a week.
Experience:
- Cisco ISE: 3 years (Required).
- Posture of Endpoints and Remediation: 2 years (Required).
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience directly within functional area preferred. Military electronic specialization schools, or trade school certification will also be considered.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Cisco CCNA (Preferred).
