Physical Requirements
  • Utilize manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, as well as gross and fine motor skills.
  • Perform repetitive tasks involving grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
  • Engage in physical activities such as reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods.
Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • All candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Completion of a drug screening and background check is mandatory prior to employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an assembly environment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with tool & die operations, finishing/polishing tools, and a CDL certification are advantageous but not essential.
