Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Home Health

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Home Health professional to join our team. As a leading healthcare staffing agency, we offer a wide range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Home Health to work on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits and electronic charting. This is a 13-week contract with a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting
  • Conduct OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits and document patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Current Oklahoma RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
