Executive Director Job Summary

As the Executive Director of Northbridge Companies, you will set the tone and provide visionary leadership for our community. Your role encompasses the supervision of our dedicated staff, ensuring that every team member contributes positively. You'll ensure all community operations meet and exceed regulatory requirements. Through your leadership, you'll inspire a culture of integrity, compassion, and respect, making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve and the professionals who make our mission possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company and the community in a professional, positive, and personable manner.
  • Maintain the records of the community in compliance with regulatory requirements, including confidentiality.
  • Interview, select, and hire staff, ensuring adherence to the company's hiring policies.
  • Assist in the sales process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new residents.
  • Plan, organize, and implement the policies and procedures of the company as it relates to a specific community.
  • Walk and inspect the community on a daily basis.
  • Assist all other departments in the proper execution of their respective responsibilities.
  • Prepare the annual budget and monthly reporting of budget to actual.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the geriatric field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or Human Services or equivalent, Master's preferred.
  • Physically able to move at least 25 lbs. without assistance. May be required to lift, push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, and the public.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
