Clinical Dietitian I

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian I to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Clinical Dietitian I, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve disease management and overall health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using standardized tools and protocols to identify patients at risk for malnutrition or other nutrition-related complications.
- Develop and implement targeted nutrition interventions, including customized education and counseling, to promote healthy eating habits and disease management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate patient response to nutrition interventions, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nutrition practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited program.
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Valid dietitian licensure as required by state (if applicable).
- Light work environment, requiring occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds.
