Clinical Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian II to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a critical role in providing expert-level nutrition therapy to patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient screenings to identify nutritional risks and develop personalized nutrition plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Implement evidence-based nutrition interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and support.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in acute hospital or similar setting, working with complex patient populations.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field, with completion of accredited dietetics program.
- Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Valid dietitian licensure as required by state (if applicable).
