Seabrook Free Standing Emergency Room (FSER)

  • 11 beds
  • Average of 14,000 patients annually / average 39 patients per day
  • 24/7 free standing framework staffed with board-certified ER physicians and experienced RNs
  • Types of patients: High level of acuity, trauma, cardiac, severe sepsis
  • Less than 1-2 hour patient turnaround
  • Fast paced with all hands on deck mentality requiring all service lines to participate in patient care. Nurse/patient ratio: based on acuity
Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Seabrook Freestanding Emergency Room, you will be responsible for:

  • Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs
  • Recognize and respond to changes in a patient's condition
  • Coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ACLS
  • PALS within six months of hire
  • TNCC within 2 years of hire
