About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike Pismo Beach. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and supported in our stores.
  • Be knowledgeable about NIKE products and services, and use this expertise to make recommendations and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking products, building displays, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
