Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Baptist Health. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to children and families in our outpatient therapy setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and document physical therapy interventions to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Kentucky.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Preferred qualifications include pediatric experience and BLS certification.
