**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients, focusing on occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.

**Requirements:**

  • Current Kentucky State License or interim license as an occupational therapist.
  • Bachelor's, Post-baccalaureate Certificate, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accrediting Council on Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its equivalent.
  • BLS certification preferred, with requirement to obtain within 90 days of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Experience in acute care, SNF, and/or outpatient settings.
