ADP ESI is on the lookout for a Senior Business Advisor to be based in EMEA, aimed at bolstering the growth of MNC solutions through pre-sales initiatives.

In this pre-sales role, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, leveraging your expertise in ADP services and consulting abilities to address their most pressing business challenges, particularly in Payroll/HR management, absence management, and the integration of time solutions with other multinational ADP offerings.

In this capacity, you will assist the Multi-country sales team throughout the sales process, guiding customers through proof of concept and facilitating their transition to implementation and service teams. The ideal candidate will also craft effective sales strategies alongside the Multi-country sales force, engage in discussions regarding time management product requirements with clients, and analyze competitors' market actions.

The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, be service-oriented, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. You will collaborate with others in a fast-paced, demanding environment, demonstrating a commitment to quality and a meticulous approach to your work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Engagement:

• Execute strategic selling within large multinational companies.

• Enhance sales performance by presenting Payroll & HR strategies and business solutions to potential clients.

• Comprehend client business needs and tailor solutions to showcase ADP's capability in resolving client issues.

• Align customer requirements with ADP MNC's offerings, focusing specifically on time management.

• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, adjusting technical and functional content to suit varying levels of understanding, while managing multiple meetings.

• Support HR transformation discussions with prospective clients.

• Respond adeptly to challenging inquiries with sound business insight.

• Collaborate with internal partners to achieve effective solution outcomes for clients.

• Utilize compelling presentation skills to distill complex subjects into clear messages, ensuring clients/prospects grasp the value and benefits of our services and multinational solutions.

• Assist in the RFP response process and scripted demonstrations within your area of expertise.

• Demonstrate strategic and ethical use of competitive intelligence.

• Aid in the negotiation process concerning all contractual business appendices.

• Participate in marketing events.

2. Operational Support:

• Collaborate with other members of the ESI Business Consulting team, as well as with the Business Consulting teams in GES.

• Exhibit the ability to perform under pressure in a multicultural sales environment.

• Quickly learn new technologies through training and self-directed study.

• Coordinate responses to customer inquiries.

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations.

• Demonstrate the value of offerings effectively.

• Engage in sales calls and meetings.

• Work closely with the sales team.

• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Implementation, Product, and Client Service teams.

• Stay updated on product developments.

• Work with domain specialists to gather information and updates on offerings.

• Travel to meet potential clients.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience in sales or HR consulting with large, complex clients.

  • Experience in time management technology products and processes.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong self-starter attitude.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing.
