Spa Receptionist

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our spa
• Manage guest flow, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Assist with scheduling spa services, answering inquiries, and promoting services and retail products
• Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• Competitive hourly rate, based on relevant experience
