• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage guest flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with scheduling spa services, answering inquiries, and promoting services and retail products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
• Proficiency in spa software and computer systems.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
