Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to a district director in our Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of administrative support services, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and operating office equipment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and work independently with little direction.
  • Prepare reports by gathering and organizing data from various sources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years of prior clerical experience.
  • Three years of experience in a school district preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits

This is a full-time 12-month position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a starting salary of $26.91 per hour. We offer an excellent benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
