Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic field sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the agency's vision, mission, and values, as well as the services offered.
  • Identify and prioritize potential referral sources within the designated territory.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with referral sources, including healthcare facilities and professionals.
  • Enhance brand visibility through networking, community education, and participation in industry events.
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with agency management and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on marketing and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in healthcare management, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and develop referral programs.
  • Experience in hospice and palliative care services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.

Work Schedule: Full-time, with a flexible schedule and up to 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday.


Compensation: Competitive salary up to $40,000 per year, plus commission opportunities.
