Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Wichita, KS.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. You will work closely with our team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) experience preferred.
