Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, and monitor residents' responses to treatment.
  • Conduct daily assessments of residents' physical and emotional status, and report any concerns to the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing.
  • Implement recommended changes to care plans as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • A caring and loving personality and demeanor
  • Leadership and mentorship skills
  • The ability to work your scheduled shift
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English
