Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hospice After Hours RN to provide exceptional care to patients during evening hours. This full-time role is vital in ensuring that our patients receive the support they need in a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement patient care plans effectively.
  • Support patients and their families in various locations.
  • Recognize and celebrate key achievements within the first year of service.
Schedule and Shift Details

This position requires working seven consecutive evenings from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday through Sunday, providing on-call support and making visits as necessary. Following this, there will be a break of seven days.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in nursing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice care.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Prior communication with a Relode Recruiter regarding this role is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for the position.
  • No prior applications or employment with Residential in the last 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • RN License number is required for submission.
