Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Registered to join our In House Rehab Team in Worcester, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Occupational Therapy services to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement Occupational Therapy programs and activities in accordance with current regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding Occupational Therapy programs and services.
  • Initiate referrals and conduct screenings of residents as needed.
  • Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, family, and team members.
Requirements
  • Active state license or license eligible.
  • Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
