Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, document, test, and debug application controls software using Simulink and the Raptor tool suite.
  • Conduct analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems.
  • Determine user needs and analyze system capabilities to resolve problems related to program intent and output requirements.
  • Prepare operating instructions and design/develop autonomous services and utility programs.
  • Ensure software standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficient in Simulink with a concentration in the New Eagle Raptor Suite of tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle development, control methods, and testing.
  • Experience developing generator control software for Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
  • Experience optimizing energy usage and efficiency with respect to fuel consumption.
  • 10+ years of High Voltage Lithium architecture and control experience.
  • Experienced with vehicle dynamics modeling and controls for traction, stability, ABS, and other relevant safety systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $160,001 - $200,000.
