The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent interpersonal abilities. This role involves administering HR policies and procedures across various functional areas, collecting and analyzing HR data, and making recommendations to management. The successful applicant will be fluent in Spanish and have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Administration: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures covering multiple functional areas.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Employee Support: Provide daily assistance to employees regarding referrals, direct deposits, and citizenship updates.
  • Investigations and Training: Participate in investigations and support training initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with labor moves, pay adjustments, reporting, and processing paperwork related to medical leaves and workers' compensation.
  • Orientation and Engagement: Support orientation processes and engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to boost morale and improve site culture.
  • Flexibility: Provide coverage for second and night shift operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related area.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate various systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on HR data.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills to handle employee inquiries and provide support.
  • Administrative Skills: Competence in processing paperwork, managing labor moves, pay adjustments, and reporting.
  • Investigative Skills: Experience in conducting investigations and supporting training and development initiatives.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to cover different shifts.
