You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees through responsive communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Support investigations and training initiatives to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as labor moves, pay adjustments, and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements to boost morale and enhance site culture.
- Work flexible hours to cover different shifts as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related area.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to navigate various systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and make recommendations based on HR data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service skills to handle employee inquiries and provide support.
- Administrative Skills: Competence in processing paperwork, managing labor moves, pay adjustments, and reporting.
- Investigative Skills: Experience in conducting investigations and supporting training and development initiatives.
