Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the overall appearance and condition of our retail properties
  • Oversee rent collections and ensure timely payment from tenants
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to stakeholders, including financial information and market trends
  • Coordinate with tenants and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant retention and increase revenue growth
  • Analyze and report on market trends and competitor activity
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail property management. You should also possess a valid Virginia Real Estate License and a clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, as well as experience with Yardi software.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus potential. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
