About the Role

Talent Masters is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Systems Integrator. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement integrated mechanical assembly systems that meet process requirements and compliance standards.
  • System Analysis: Conduct hazard analysis and optimize system designs for safety and reliability, including understanding of Class 1 parts to minimize single points of failure.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive system documentation, including descriptions of operation, mechanical system design details, system implementation/acceptance test plans, and maintenance procedures.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a Technical Lead on projects, guiding engineers, technicians, and contractors, and manage schedules.
  • Project Management: Act as a Project Manager on smaller projects ($50k-$250k), responsible for developing plans, managing project deadlines, scheduling, managing purchasing, subcontractor requirements, and developing cost proposals for contract scope changes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. 5 years of experience in mechanical systems, components, stress analysis, acceleration forces, and knowledge of amusement ride safety standards (ASTM Standards).
  3. Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is desired.
  4. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
  5. Travel: Ability to travel up to 35%.
Working Conditions

Expected to be on client location 5 days a week. Standard office environment, onsite office environment, and diverse industrial/construction environments. Frequent PC usage, copy machines, phones.
