Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Support Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, with a focus on safety, comfort, and dignity.
  • Completing all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, adhering to our high standards and protocols.
  • Providing personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
  • Documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Home Care Support Professional, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, with a strong focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance, with reliable transportation to ensure timely and safe arrival at client homes.
