About the Role

Premier Pump and Power is a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps and energy solutions, based in Vancouver, Washington. We are seeking a skilled Pump Assembly Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits, including health care, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test industrial pumps, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the mechanical team to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, following company procedures and regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification in a related field preferred
  • At least 18 years of age and able to provide personal tools for the job
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, with a focus on pump assembly and testing
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
