About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our properties by implementing and following safety protocols when handling hazardous materials. You will also be required to interpret and read blueprints and building codes to ensure that all work meets quality standards and industry codes.

As a highly skilled plumber, you will have the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, using specialized tools and techniques to resolve problems in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for gas, water, and sanitary lines, toilets, sinks, boilers, heat exchangers, values, pumps, water stills, and hot water heaters.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including PTO: 6 hours per pay period; roughly 3 weeks per year, All Federal holidays off and paid.
