The Home Health Aide will work closely with the patients, their families, and our assigned coordinator to provide necessary care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare meals and clean up after meals
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Remind clients about their medications
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
  • Report any changes in client's condition to the Agency immediately
Qualifications
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Valid ID and Social Security Card
