Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional nursing care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatric patients. As a Nurse Staff, you will assess health needs, develop plans of care, and collaborate with providers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and social health needs.
  • Develop individualized plans of care, considering age-specific principles and cultural/linguistic needs.
  • Provide direct patient education and counseling on health topics.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve health goals.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in Rhode Island required.
  • One year of experience in hospital, public health, or community health settings preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
