Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work with substance abuse, mental health, and IDD individuals in Richmond, VA. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Reviewing and approving diagnostic assessments and encounter notes
- Participating in treatment team meetings and linking families to appropriate services
- Working with the Clinical Director to develop and implement treatment plans
- Meeting productivity requirements and completing Relias trainings
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current LICSW/LPC/LGSW license in Virginia
- Experience working with substance abuse, mental health, and IDD individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
