**Job Summary**

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Eustis, Florida. As a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing analytical laboratory activities, including HPLC testing, and participating in food quality control analytical/microbiological support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain HPLC units, ensuring accurate and efficient testing.
  • Prepare and run samples following established protocols, and maintain instruments, calibrate, and follow maintenance regimens.
  • Prepare eluents and required reagents, ensuring accuracy in preparation.
  • Perform chemical and physical analyses on various samples, including food products and intermediate samples.
  • Conduct microbiological analyses on various products, following required aseptic techniques.
  • Log samples and related information, following documentation and record-keeping procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory methods, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
