Blender Technician

Spherion Staffing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Blender Operator. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive hourly rate.

The Blender Operator will be responsible for assisting in the blending, packaging, and labeling of finished goods while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Key duties include reading product formula cards, verifying and recording lot numbers and product codes, measuring ingredients using a scale, and adding products to tanks.

• Assist in the blending, packaging, and labeling of finished goods
• Read product formula cards and verify lot numbers and product codes
• Measure ingredients using a scale and add products to tanks
• Take samples of finished blends for Quality Assurance (QA) analysis and record data on formula cards

• 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with scales and measuring equipment preferred
• Basic understanding of GMPs and safety protocols
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data
