Position Summary

As a Financial Control Manager overseeing multiple client locations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and possess a proactive approach to financial management. This role requires regular travel to support various accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all cash handling processes
  • Conduct reconciliations and detailed analyses for various balance sheet accounts
  • Evaluate financial outcomes for both internal stakeholders and external reporting
  • Monitor and report on monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet activities
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets, identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Review and maintain the general ledger and balance sheet
  • Address and resolve accounting and reconciliation challenges
  • Generate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control measures
  • Administer payroll and human resources functions
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in revenue management, financial reporting, and cash handling, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Experience in the foodservice or retail sectors is essential; familiarity with foodservice operations is advantageous
  • Proficient in sales analysis and reporting
  • Adept at planning, organizing, and managing complex processes while analyzing financial data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with POS systems is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
