About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Innovation Coordinator to join our team at The Charles Lea Center. As an Innovation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live, work, and play in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to community providers implementing services for individuals referred
  • Advocate on behalf of individuals and their guardians to ensure services reflect their desires
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction with services and desired outcomes are being achieved
  • Follow standards and regulations required by the Tennessee Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check upon hire
  • Valid driver's license
