Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner - Neurological Care:
  • Patient Management: Offer comprehensive nursing services to individuals with neurological and neurosurgical issues.
  • Assessment & Monitoring: Execute detailed patient evaluations, track vital statistics, and perform regular neurological examinations.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and execute patient care strategies.
  • Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on care protocols, treatment options, and necessary lifestyle modifications.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous and prompt documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner - Neurological Care:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or neurological nursing is preferred.
  • Certifications: Current BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
  • Skills: Proficient clinical skills in neurological evaluations, strong communication abilities, and adeptness at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
