About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - ICU Pediatrics, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Your expertise and passion for nursing will help us advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
  • Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
  • Implement medically prescribed interventions and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
  • Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Healthcare Provider and PALS certification required.
  • Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty and Master's in Nursing.
