Job Overview

Cascade Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Preparer to join our team. As a key member of our paint department, you will be responsible for preparing vehicle bodies and surfaces for painting.

Responsibilities
  • Assist painters in preparing vehicles for paint and polishing vehicles prior to delivery.
  • Remove dirt and debris from surfaces and parts due for painting.
  • Mix and apply primer to protect and prepare surfaces for painting.
  • Load paint into spray-painting equipment and ensure proper color matching.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure a smooth painting process.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Previous experience in the automotive paint industry, preferably in a prepping and polishing role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
