Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker and Pastry Specialist to join our early morning bakery team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing daily bake schedules, measuring and combining ingredients, kneading and dough forming, and prepping goodies and sweets for the following day.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established recipes and production schedules
  • Measure and combine ingredients accurately
  • Operate mixers, food processors, heat sources, and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • Knead and form dough for various bread products
  • Prepare and package baked goods for display and sale
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Food service experience preferred
  • Serve Safe training is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and weekends
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and production methods
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
