We are seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our Bakery Department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery items and ensuring the freshest products are available for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and approach customers to offer meal solutions
- Work in an accurate and timely manner to meet production demands
- Collaborate with the overnight team to support daytime operations
- Customer service experience in a food service or retail setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
- Experience baking and working in a bakery with dough made from scratch
- Strong organizational and time management skills
