This role encompasses a full desk (360) recruitment approach, where you will collaborate with a supportive and motivated team of accomplished sales and recruitment professionals, specializing in the placement of Cloud Technology experts.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be on business development and relationship management. You will promote our staffing solutions to high-value clients, concentrating on either permanent or contract recruitment services. Your duties will include:

  • Generating leads and establishing new client relationships to boost job flow.
  • Maintaining existing client partnerships and managing the complete candidate recruitment process to meet client requirements.

How You Will Achieve This:

You will oversee the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure, which involves:

  • Proactively building new business relationships through cold calling and outreach via various platforms.
  • Formulating strategies to expand your client base and executing targeted sales plans to drive revenue.
  • Conducting in-depth client meetings to understand their needs and tailor your recruitment approach accordingly.
  • Negotiating terms of engagement with new clients.
  • Managing the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements.

  • Prior experience in outbound sales is essential, with a preference for candidates who have cold calling experience.

Compensation:

Salary range is competitive, including a base salary and commission potential, with earnings being uncapped and dependent on performance.
