Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At Dallas Healthcare Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing treatment grounded in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children with autism and/or developmental global disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional assessment and development of positive behavior support plans
  • Consultation, data collection and analysis, caregiver training and support
  • Maintenance of behavioral assessment and treatment protocols

Requirements:

  • Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst required
  • Master's degree
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and lead a classroom of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and student/clients, and client's families
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt readily to change, work flexibly within a team, and work within a fast-paced environment
