We are seeking a highly motivated Psychosocial Services Coordinator to join our team at Mass General Brigham. In this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is $73,000 - $93,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Duties- Assess the psychosocial needs of patients and families and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and improve outcomes.
- Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
- Current Massachusetts license as LCSW.
- Experience working in medical settings with mental health background preferred.
