Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive project evaluations and deliver detailed reports to senior management.
  • Oversee project financials, including budget management and cost estimation.
  • Identify necessary equipment, materials, and workforce for project tasks.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of all supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare status reports and strategize construction operations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, project drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project teams.
  • Assist in vendor and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies.
  • Adhere to all project timelines and deadlines.

Qualifications Required:

  • Familiarity with Bridge Construction methodologies.
