Key Responsibilities:

  • We aim to establish a team comprising 3 Neonatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers to ensure 24/7 patient coverage.
  • This Neonatologist will manage care for up to 12 patients in a level 2 NICU.
  • The role includes daytime responsibilities and on-call duties from home, with advanced practice providers available in-house during night shifts.
  • The Neonatologist will lead rounds to ensure comprehensive management of NICU patients, including tasks such as ventilator weaning, nutritional adjustments, lab evaluations, and family consultations.
  • A full range of support staff will be available, including robust administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be board-certified in Neonatology.
  • MD, D.O., or an equivalent international degree.
  • Eligibility to obtain a medical license in the state of Maryland.
