Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at the Family Health Center. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients and community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans using person-centered treatment planning.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients experiencing mental illness, substance use disorder, or dually diagnosed conditions.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their goals and adjust them as needed, and offer referrals for support groups or other mental health professionals when appropriate.
  • Work with clients to secure government intervention or assistance, and respond to moments of crisis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, counseling, or social sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Master of Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution and Licensed as a LCSW by IPLA.
  • Natural leadership and advocacy skills, with the ability to collaborate with others in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
  • Sound critical thinking skills and ability to assist patients/clients with problem-solving.
  • Understanding of HIPAA laws and protocols.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $72,000 per year, as well as a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
