As a Retail Banker at Woodforest National Bank, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and recommend bank products and services to customers to achieve individual sales targets.
- Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and automated teller machine maintenance, to ensure efficient operations.
- Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
- Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Conditions include standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
