**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Clinician to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. In this role, you will work with young children and their families to promote healthy child development and address behavioral challenges.

The Child First model is an evidence-based intervention that has been recognized as an effective program by the National Registry for Effective Programs and Practice. As a clinician, you will engage with families in a supportive and exploratory manner, fostering a protective and nurturing parent-child relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Child First families and Family Support Partners in collaborative assessments
  • Develop clinical formulations and Child and Family Plans of Care
  • Provide home-based psychotherapeutic interventions using CPP
  • Avert crisis situations by assisting families in times of urgent need
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors and other professionals as needed

Requirements:

  • Licensed or licensed-eligible Master's or Doctoral level mental health provider
  • Experience working with culturally diverse children and families, including parent-child therapeutic work and play therapy
  • Strong commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of EBA
  • Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, other)

Salary Range: $57,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
